ORDERING INFORMATION
We have a good idea of how these woods are best used. We can possibly save you time, headaches and money if we know your exact requirements and how the wood is to be used. Call us with your specifications of footage, minimum widths and lengths, grade desired and choice of flitch cut or dimensional lumber. We will clarify any questions on availability, sizes and figure. Remember extra wide lumber is more expensive and harder to deal with because of its tendency to warp. It is often better to glue together narrow stock to make up the sizes needed. After reviewing and/or discussing your requirements, and taking your credit card number, we will pull your order, and ship it. If there is a problem filling your order, we will call you. A 6% sales tax is added for PA residents. VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. No order will be pulled without a credit card number. Any order pulled and then cancelled will be charged a 15% (of the total cost of your order) restocking fee. We will ship you the best quality available at the time. Prices are subject to change without notice. THERE IS A $200 MINIMUM ORDER.
NO ORDER WILL BE PULLED WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. ANY ORDER PULLED AND THEN CANCELED WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. ANY DISPUTES, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES OVER AN ORDER MUST BE MADE NO MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

SHIPPING
We ship via UPS where applicable. They restrict parcels to a maximum of 130 inches girth and length combined, 108″ total length and 150 pounds maximum weight ($10 per package to cut and wrap for UPS shipment). Any parcel exceeding UPS limits will be shipped common carrier. Freight charges are COD. There is a $200 minimum order for shipping.
